- ‘Oppenheimer‘ wins the Oscar for Best Cinematography, for best award in Film Editing and the Oscar for Best Original Score– directed by Christopher Nolan who also won the Oscar for best director, Oppenheimer is an epic biography thriller movie based on the American theoretical physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer.
- Best Original Screenplay-‘Anatomy of a Fall’ directed by Justine Trite is a French legal drama film based on a women who murders her husband and the sole witness is their blind son.
- Best Animated Feature Film-‘The Boy and the Heron’ directed by Hayao Miyazaki is based on a headstrong boy who after the death of her mother ventures into a dreamlike world and faces the living and dead.
